The heat Is On!

Cool off with this awesome smoothie- Light & Creamy Choc-Orange Smoothie This smoothie makes a great post workout drink! Add your favorite greens or protein beverage. Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk chilled (or milk of choice) Zest and fruit of ½ organic medium navel orange (about 2 teaspoon zest) 1 scoop organics chocolate or vanilla grass-fed why protein powder 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa ½ cup ice cubes, or taste Pinch of sea salt ¼ medium ripe organic Hass avocado   Instructions:  Combine all ingredients except avocado in a blender and blend until smooth.  Add the avocado and blend just until smooth and creamy  Disclaimer:   All content provided on this blog is for information purposes only.
