Why Am I Bloated, Cramping and Constipation?

  I was recently asked to do some research on Gastric and Urinary Systems for male and female. There is a common condition between both Diverticulosis.  Diverticulosis is a common condition in which the inner lining of the intestine protrudes into the intestinal wall, forming small pouches in the wall of the colon.   It affects roughly one in five people by the age of 40, 60 percent by age 60 and nearly universal by age 80.   Based on research its due to a low-fiber diet.   There isn’t any symptom, but you will experience bloating, cramps, and changed bowel habits, such as constipation, diarrhea or alternating attacks of both.   In some case abdominal pain and fever has occurred due to infection of the pouches.    Some doctors may tell you to stop eating seeds or nuts to avoid constipation, and there are others that encourage eating seeds and nuts.   To avoid those problems, switch gradually to a higher-fiber diet with more whole...
