OH! WOW! These are amazing and simple to make Smoothie Recipe.

Cucumber Melon and Pineapple Smoothie: Ingredients: 1 cup watermelon, in chunks 1/3 cup cucumber, in chunks 1 serving of protein power (your choice) Juice of half a lime 1 Cup ice water Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth   It will be foamy you can run the mixture through a mesh sieve and serve over ice or you can serve as is Red Silk Smoothie: Ingredients: 1 medium red beet, peeled and chopped ½ cut strawberries, fresh or frozen 1 Tbsp cocoa power 1 serving chocolate protein power 1 cup water or ice Preparation: Add all ingredients to blender Blend until smooth   Disclaimer:   All content provided on this blog is for information purposes only.
