Ingredients:
½ green apples
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 serving of protein power (your choice)
½ cup almond milk
Few cubs of ice
Preparation:
Blend the apple until smooth;
add the protein, pineapples,
milk and ice blend until smooth serve as is.
