I was recently asked
to do some research on Gastric and Urinary Systems for male and female. There
is a common condition between both Diverticulosis.
Diverticulosis is a common condition in which the inner
lining of the intestine protrudes into the intestinal wall, forming small
pouches in the wall of the colon. It affects
roughly one in five people by the age of 40, 60 percent by age 60 and nearly
universal by age 80. Based on research
its due to a low-fiber diet. There isn’t
any symptom, but you will experience bloating, cramps, and changed bowel
habits, such as constipation, diarrhea or alternating attacks of both. In some case abdominal pain and fever has occurred
due to infection of the pouches.
Some doctors may tell you to stop eating seeds or nuts to
avoid constipation, and there are others that encourage eating seeds and
nuts. To avoid those problems, switch
gradually to a higher-fiber diet with more whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
