Good Morning blogger,
the detox and the 30 day challenge is going well. I have lost 5lb since I
started, more than anything I feel great! In the morning I juice my veggies and
eat the pulp or make something healthy (veggie burgers or dehydrated it or
baked cookies or granola bars etc… Keep up the 30 day challenge. Next month
will be a different workout challenge and a detox drink once a day. I’ll post
the challenge at the end of the month.
Juicing receipt:
1 cup spinach, ½
apples, ½ pears 2 carrots, 2 celery, 1 cup kale, ½ cup broccoli

Vegan Burger with the Pulp from the juicing
Ingredients:
1/2
cups of cooked brown rice
1/2
cups of Millet for texture (bread or crackers)
Pulp
from the juice (spinach, apple, pear, carrot, celery, kale and broccoli)
Sea
salt and pepper to taste, turmeric
2
tbsp. of olive oil for cooking
