Yes, I’m a vegan by choice. I believe you can have a health and well balance life style by ditching processed food and eat more vegetables and fruits.  Peoples focus on what they can’t eat, than what they can eat.  There are so many choices of fruit and veggies you can choose from.  

Here are some of the choices:
  •   Replace white bread with wheat
  •  Apple- helps keep your body healthy and strong
  •  Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries- studies have shown that blueberries help fighting cancer and low cholesterol.
  •   Salmon- provides a high dose of omega- 3 fatty acids; studies show it lower the risk of heart disease.
  •  Almonds – a few handfuls of almonds a week help weight loss and prevent heart disease.
  •  Green Tea- increase metabolism which will burn more fat
  •  Broccoli- is one of the best super foods, only 30 calories per cup, also help fight off cancer.
  •  Quinoa- is whole grains that contain a good dose of protein and help build muscle, studies show adding any kind of whole grain to your diet help with weight loss.
  •   Black, kidney, white and garbanzo Beans all or super food because of the fiber and protein. Beans make you full and provide muscle building.
  •  Here is some more super food for your research: Acai, Bee pollen, Cacao, Chia Seeds, Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds, Maringa and Spirulina.
Add some of these super foods to your life style today.  I believe a balance life style is a healthy life style.
