Ingredients:
2 cups very cold filtered water
2 cup chopped spinach
2 cup of your choice (romaine lettuce, kale, chard
or arugula) you want to mix and match your greens and fruit.
½ chopped celery
1 apple cored and chopped
1 pear cored and chopped
½ bananas
