It’s Detox time! I believe in a whole body detox every six
month. I’m going to try 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse, by JJ Smith. You’re welcome to take this challenge with me.
Summary: you will drink two smoothies a day for your meal
and eat a salad for one meal, you can snack on veggies and nuts, and the PDF
file is attached. This is a way to
