Here are some awesome smoothies that will help with your blood pressure.
Carrot orange smoothie:
1 & ½ cup of carrot juice (6 carrots juiced)
1 orange
Peel orange and blend with carrots
Avocado Kiwi and honeydew melon 1 Avocado
1
Kiwi
1 cup honeydew melon (peeled
and chopped)
1 cup baby spinach (optional)
1 tablespoon agave
nectar
Blend all of the
fruit till smooth then add a cup baby spinach and agave nectar
Chocolate
Banana Peanut butter 1 Banana
2 Cup milk (choice)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 heaped tablespoon chocolate or cocoa
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey or raw sugar
Blend all ingredients together for a creamy delight
