increase blood flow to the brain which improve mental performance. I love red or golden beets; I juice, roast or
eat them raw.

brain power. You can have yerba mater tea.

I love Lentils and yes these beans are brain food, Lentils
are overflowing with folate, B vitamin and all are boost for brain power.
Another favorite is flax seed, I add flax seed to my smoothie
every day; this awesome seed improves the area that processes sensory
information like touch and taste.
I love a crunch and Walnuts are one of my favorite snack
food and it’s a brain food, Tufts
university in Boston found that a diet rich in walnuts may improve mental
performance, the omega 3- fatty acids in this nut is to boost brain power.
