WELCOME TO 2015! Let
make this year a better year than 2014!!!
I’m so excited about 2015 and looking for all of my
blessing, I have some goals and many challenges for the 2015 year. The last
four months of 2014 was a challenge for me, trying to manager work, school,
write articles, educate people about healthy choices and keep up with a blog. I
had to step away from the blog for a second; I’m back strong and determined to
continue the movement. Stay with me

This is a good time to start your lifestyle change, here are
a few suggestions to jump start a 2015 lifestyle change.
Option 1

start a walking group…takes some workout classes at the gym.
Your eating lifestyle should complement your workout
lifestyle you can’t have one without the other.
