Processed Sugar Takes Down

Do you believe all sugar is bad for you? Here is a little history on
sugar, white sugar is refined and bleached and put into a form that’s nearly
unrecognizable to the body. So, here is the deal bad sugar enters our bodies
and the body says WTH is this and
then it tries to flush it, but it can’t. In the process of trying to flush the
toxins, the blood sugar is raised and then here comes insulin to help move the
bad sugar out of the blood, here comes the roller coaster ride and the weight
gain from the sugar consumption OMG!
Here is what the body can do,
consume sugar from fruit because it is loaded with nutrition and fiber, which
helps slow the release of the sugar during digestion and helps moderate its
releases into our bloods stream. Fruit is one of nature’s first and most
perfect foods easy to digest, and acceptable but not excessive in calories, and
filled with essential vitamins, minerals and much more.
How can you help yourself, remove bad sugar from your live, eat fruit such
as berries and green apples which are
lower sugar fruits and other fruits, drink tea if you must, use stevia and my
favorite is happy cow vegan hot chocolate with or without stevia this will help
with the cravings. People you must
understand yeasts feed off of sugar and cause you to crave sweets. Here are some foods with yeasts: (Bread, malt
beverages, MSG, say it isn’t so wine,
some juice, OMG Soy sauce etc.)
The best alternatives are Stevia and
coconut nectar.
