Planning my meals in advance helps me stay
organization with my busy calendar and save me money. Planning will help you to
be more mindful about where you’re spending your money and what you’re putting
in your mouth. For i.e. I’ve already
planned for what I want to accomplish and set my intentions for the first six
months of the year. For my health I want
to be more religious about juicing and dehydrating. In my business, my intention
is to grow my client/customer as possible in 2016.
