The Vegan life style was the
best choice I ever made for my mind, body, and soul. This life style is all
about business it isn’t for everyone. This has been a journey for over 20
years and I’m still learning about vegan lifestyle. The switch from meat was
easy because I wasn’t much of a beef, seafood or pork eater, chicken mostly. 20+
year ago I walked away from meat and process food and became a vegan.
I’m inspired by God’s word to change bad habits into healthy choices with vegan liftstyle’s blogs. God’s word has inspired me to pursue my passion helping others change their life style.
The vegan life style is here to change your mind, body and soul about living a healthy life. My passion is to see you embrace and enjoy a healthy life style with food and physical workout, my goal is to help others live their best life now with a great experience.
I will share the healthy lifestyle journal as a vegan on the vegan lifestyle blog, I will post vegan food, juicing and smoothie’s receipts and tips on healing food and herbs. My desire is to show people a better life style. I’m not asking you to become a vegan but to make healthy choices. Belly fat- What can cause belly fat? Based on study the following causes seem to be the most important factors of obesity.
Herb of the week:
Yerba mate- researchers have indicated that yerba mate could be beneficial as a weight loss aid. They noticed a thermo genic effect in healthy individuals who took yerba mate, indicating a rise in the proportion of fat burned as energy. Yerba is a South American herb and member of the holly family, it nutrients, including B, A, C and E vitamins.
The very first book I read was how to become a vegan by Brenda Davis, Vesanto Melina (Joint Author)
